The Comtech EFData CDD-564 is an L-Band Quad de-modulator with Vipersat options. Although is has full set of ethernet Vipersat options it can be used as an SCPC demodulator instead.
The screen shot of a unit on tests shows that the maximum data rate is 5Mb and that the turbo option is installed.
