This is one of HP's most reliable Spectrum Analyzers, if you need a frequency as high as 22GHz this analyzer will do it.

When we first received this instrument it needed repair, and so we sent it to BRL Test in Florida, who repaired and calibrated the analyzer. It has not been used since that time.
